Spalling-resistant High Alumina Brick

  The Spalling–resistant High Alumina Brick is made from superior bauxite and zirconia material, proportionally mixed, formed under high pressure ,sintered at more than 1500°C.This kind of brick has the excellent thermal shock resistance which is not less than 43 times (water cooling at 1100°C).Moreover, it has strong flaking resistance ,resistance to corrosion of alkali, low thermal conductivity and micro-change after reheating.

  This kind of brick applies to cooling zone, transition zone, calcining zone of large sized kiln, pre-calciner, hood of kiln door, grate cooler and other positions.

  The Spalling Resistant Brick is invented by Chinese experts with many years experience,so far it has been widely used in Chinese cement kiln with capacity of 2000-5000 tons/day,and the service life is much longer than that of ordinary high alumina bricks.
