Honeycomb ceramic filter has excellent heat shock resistant, intensity , high porosity and specific surface area, so it can absorb small inclusions in the casting molten metal fluid, and use its unique rectification to prevent all bubbles from entering, avoid metal oxide due to the turbulent and poor solution due to the solution splash ,in order to improve quality of castings , which is good for cutting processing, to reduce tools’ wear, and 

the manufacturing cost.

This product is used for stainless steel casting, ductile iron casting, aluminum alloy casting and in other non-ferrous metal casting industry.

 

The shapes and dimensions can be either supplier by the user , or designed and tested by the both parties.
